The Aussie depository.....

Coopers Pale Ale is my tipple of choice but must roll the bottle first, stirs up the sediment and adds to the flavour, it's a South Aus thing.
Drinking the yeast sediment can improve flavour, but also promotes wind. Bloody great big gusts of wind.
At least it does with my homebrew… I guess pasteurisation helps

On a little stayover in Port Macquarie and fortunate enough to be able to visit The National Motorcycle Museum in Nabiac, New South.
It was absolutely amazing with what bikes are in there.

The first time across the Hay plain I was wondering what those big oblong things were away on the horizon, a bit later I realised they were trucks coming towards me.
The emptiness can be a bit daunting to those who experience for the first time.
The Hay Plains are nothing compared to the Nullarbor or the road from Port Augusta to the Alice.
