I find it amazing  that at the end of the 19th century, before motorcycles had even been invented that Edvard Munch was able to paint an owner of a classic Italian motorcycle in their normal state so perfectly.

I think you've got it backwards.  Evard Munch's painting is not a picture of someone screaming. It's someone hearing a scream. I think it would only depict a classic bike owner if the scream he could hear was coming from a dry bearing in the engine.
