Hi guys. In the For Sale section by mistake I posted here on the forum and not direct to the seller. One of my comments was sometimes the forum turns into a zoo.
This was more an observation and not a judgement and no harm was intended. Often in the "For Sale" section things get bashed pretty hard for one reason or another. The tarted up overpriced turds are a dime a dozen. Other bikes are a good starting point but need a realistic approach with time, budget, and mechanical skills. At the moment it's a buyers market but it is up to the buyer to inform himself or herself if they're up to the task. More power to them if the do get things running and back on the road. Us old farts have a fairly good idea of what's what but lets not scare off the new guys with our slagging everything to death.
For us here in Germany it was likely one of our last good days to ride and it was a nice opportunity to thrash the Jota through the Eifel backroads. The Music in the Shed started by Gerald works nicely with Black Sabbath's "Into the Void" from Master of Reality.
I've been incredibly fortunate to meet a few forum members over the years through events and adventures including Breganze and Australia. Stay wierd and don't change a thing.
Grazie,
Tom
