Working on a 120 which has been sitting for a few years because the rubber inlet manifolds split and a few other problems. Bike has been indoors so how did water get in? Now time to remove the head. I just wanted to replace the manifolds and the bike would be running again or so I thought. I don't want to even think about what I will find once the head is off. The motor does still turn over which is the only good thing I can think of at the moment.

I have bought quite a few old bikes from the USA which have sat for many years and are seized solid, usually on the cylinder with an open exhaust valve. Must be condensation? It can be a hell of a job freeing them off too.

You are doing well, stripping the whole engine... With these signs, there is much more to come, be sure...
 
When the inlet side of a couple of pistons lost their ring lan the cheap endoscope showed nothing, the bloody expensive Snapon one worked better.
