Yes, that’s probably the driver that pulled out on me this morning when I was heading down to the S100 races. They waited at the junction until,I virtually reached it before deciding it was safe to pull out and turn right in front of me. It was a good job I had my wits about me and was already backing off a bit so I didn’t have to do a complete panic brake test.
