Torque Setting, or how tight?

I am trying to find the Torque Setting, or how tight to do up the Sleeve Nut that holds the Ignition Pickup Rotor (the one you need to remove to get the starter clutch casing off) on a series 1 1200.

I have searched high and low, Green Book, Tech Publications in the Library, Laverdamania et-al, but I can find no reference to that particular L/H Nut.

When I stripped the motor, it wasn't very tight at all, which surprised me tp be honest, any clues Chaps?

These don't come wandering through a cover Lothar. When they come loose, they relinquish their grip on the starter clutch which in turn starts to rattle on the crank splines. This causes the splines and the bearing surfaces to wear, neccesitating welding, refacing and/or shims to locate the starter clutch properly.
