Recently I have sold several chains to Harley guys converting back from
belts.............reason belt change ?680 chain change ?55.
Also when I was racing folks decided to belt cos of the hype, I won several
championships running on a chain and watched as the belts shed teeth.
Commando owners are falling into the belt trap big time although some are
running the Merc duplex.

I know , in my racing years saw few Triumphs and Nortons with shreded belt. If this would work i like idea , cleaner oil less temperature especialy with dry clutch. And it looks grat too.
It is like with women , buituful one is usualy not god one
