Canadian FOLK Bands back in the 60's & 70's were the Rankin Family (Back East), Blue Rodeo (Mid Ontario) Prairie Oyster (Mid West Canada).
The Girl Died before she was 34.
Why Hit B natural ;o(
Just something about Canadian Country Folk songs that no other Country can duplicate.
Jimmy Rankin - "Followed Her Around" - North Bay Ontario - I attended that bar with the Mayors Son (King) once ;o)
Jim Rankin and Jim Cuddy were GREAT Canadian Song writers and Folk Singers.
I played a Les Paul and a Piano with Blue Rodeo back in 1973 on stage at the KEY in Bala (Muskoka Country).
I'm probably talking horse shit to most Europeans were Breganzies have been.
Always trust your Bar Maid ;o)
