Phoning is the better way to contact him. He's not a slave to the phone and won't answer if he's in the middle of a critical operation.

Busy chap, I found that a phone call after lunchtime (uk) was best, email etc not worth it unless he's expecting some information.

I spoke to him today...its a bit pot luck...apart from anything else to thank again for work on my Jota, truly great ride with both torque and clean revving(Mikunis..) head gasket issue sorted..new bespoke design unique to Keith, no rubber o rings! His new workshop is fantastic, but there are a lot of bikes there and many waiting. We need to persuade him to take on an apprentice or 2!
