What a joke. Someone pays that price to have 'genuine' SFC carbies - two LH ones means the SFC won't be original. You can buy PHFs and remove the pumpers and voila! - there's your non-genuiine SFC carbies ... surely for a shit load less money. Man, I am so glad I'm not a rivet counter. For US$1250 you could have a nice pair of Keihin FCRs and a spare ... or two pairs of Miks.

Better, when they were obtainable, you could buy two brand new PHBEs. That's what Wolfgang Haerter fitted to his Electronica before finding the correct PHBs.
In fact, I was very kindly offered one by a German fellow when my SFC burnt.
I found a rh PHB in Italy for €150 and have two 36mm rh PHBs on my TT2.
I'll soon be able to buy my Vincent twin just by selling carbs.

On the subject of jokes, you could build a very honest SFC replica for half the price of the real thing.
I still have some Slater Jota certificates for sale.

The PHBE were obviously officially sold by Dellorto as a SFC carb with SFC set up ( and will gladly swap with your r/h PHB )
