Tyre Question

I'm looking at a new pair of tyres for the SFCopy.  I've settled on Bt45s front and back.  Now then, I've been given two choices for the front; 110/80v18 2.15-3.00 rim  or 110/90v18 2.15-3.00 rim.  And for the rear tyre there's three choices; 400v18 2.15-300 rim, 120/80v18 2.50-3.00 rim, or 130/80v18 2.50-3.50 rim.
The bike's used almost solely for road use although it will be doing a couple of track days.
Any suggestions?

Dean, I've tried a few different tyre sizes and at the moment I'm running 110/80 on a 2.5 rim on the front and a 140/70 on a 3.5 rim at the rear, both bt45 and I'd say its the best setup I've had on it yet, a run em at 36ps on the front and 39 rear and they seem to warm up nicely. Some people run a bit higher pressures but for how I use my bike it seems about right.
