unwelcome new user - Burnacore

[Admin]

Thanks to the diligence of a couple of regular forum members, they did not succumb to a direct message from a new - and now deleted - user 'Burnacore' inviting them to contact an email address for the parts they had listed in the Wanted section. Glad they weren't 'burned'.

A reminder to be careful out there...

Scam or virus provider or both? I got a PM, but didnt recognise the name, so didnt touch it.

There’s always the option of restricting access to the Wanted section to users with a minimum account age and a minimum number of posts.

The astute response Vince, Robs warning should be heeded by everyone. Scumbags aren’t welcome…..

He told me that a friend of a friend of his had a drumbrake triple manual available, too. Sounded off right away.
