No, not identical but since 3C and 750 swingarm are identical, they should fit?
Never tried. Triple has a more important cutaway at the front.

The triple chain guard will fit the 750 but the 750 chain guard won’t fit the triple. The top front of the triple chain guard is cropped.

In other words, triple chainguard is one off a 750 that's had the front edge trimmed (ditto the gearbox main selector cover ... that the clutch cable arm stuff is attached to).
