He also has built a Ducati style V-twin from a couple of Japanese small bore engines. And all done with no CNC machinery.

Great work! I admire people who dare to tackle something like this. A little fine-tuning is still needed, though; just before driving off, you can see (coolant?) fluid dripping onto the road.
