Which SF are you talking about, drum or disc, cast or wire wheel?
Surely there's a parts list in the ILOC online library?
Otherwise, you'll find the info on the Laverdamania technical page, though it's always useful to double check.

However I wouldn`t place too much faith in what you read .....best and safest way is to dig out the ones to be replaced and measure those up to be absolutely sure .
