What have you named her

I call them according to their color. The 1000 SFC is painted in flake green, so I call her "The green one" (which is basically - if you will - the translation of "La (macchina) Verde"...).

The Jota (on my avatar) is "the black one", the 2000 Formula is "the orange one" and the Motoplast is simply "the motoplast" or "the construction site"

might be a bit non-emotional, but giving machines names just makes no sense to me... But then, I also don't like half naked women standing in front of cars or bikes on pictures. devalues both of them for me... ;)

I`ll talk / speak to / shout at it ..... but no specific name .

But whilst I don`t have a title for the bike itself , I will name individual items which cause me problems ....... such as components which refuse to undo , refuse to do up , fit where they should fit , or slip from my grasp and fall into some nook or cranny where they are impossible to reach etc .

These names are usually based around the likes of " you absolute dick " , you stupid fucking fuck " , " you useless piece of shit " ......... but these names are always reserved for the items or components which are causing me grief .......... not names directed at the bike itself .............

I call my RGS „RGS“ my SFC „SFC“ my Beta Alp „Alp“ and Evas Beta „The 125“- not very romantic.
The other bikes I sold not to become confused.

Like rocket sort of. My Laverdas never given meg enough grief to have to call them names, unlike some bikes that get more colourful names the longer they resist starting, old lawnmowers often get similar names.
