What's the price of a generic can of Pork & Beans with Molasses where your are ?

Ron- thought of you when I hit the starter button with my engine running-How? I was trying to secure the front right buckle of my tank bag and hit the red button with my knuckle- no harm done but could have been nasty. Keep on with your thoughts of the day!

This seems to be a Canadian dish. It is unavailable here, so I have to buy it overseas. At $21 plus $525 shipping plus customs and tax that will be a little over $250 per can. I'll stick to Perigord truffles at those prices. If you want to compare international food prices maybe you should try with a litre of milk?

At major bush fires, when staging areas are set up, The Salvation Army come along with their mobile kitchen to feed the firies.
Years ago they used to feed us Spam but their menu changed over ten years ago.
It has been a running joke that whenever we go up for a feed we ask if Spam is on the menu.
I went up once and asked the question, 'no' was the answer but the bloke whipped out a can and said he could open it for me.
Good laugh had by all.

The Australian government has announced, this week, that they are going to fine mobile (cell) phone providers $250,000 if they don’t filter out Spam…..

Stainless steel gauze filters I presume???

Used to work in the animal feed industry...had Molasses delivered in 32 tonne trucks about twice a week...tasted horrible...also added something called Sunset Yellow to poultry feed to colour up the egg yolks ...not to mention growth promoters and anti blackhead additives... I think it`s what the farm industry meant with the slogan " Go to work on an egg "....

Or a dozen eggs to avoid any metric to Imperial conversion issues.

Or. McDonald's Big Mac burger. Currently £3.45 in the UK

The price of a snag and bread at Bunnings is set to increase for the first time in 15 years.
A Bunnings sausage sizzle will go up from $2.50 to $3.50 at stores across Australia from July 23, as community groups struggle to cover the rising cost of ingredients.

Every time you fart the cost of living goes up.

Keep farts funny and NO Corn or Bully Beef and forget the Bull Shit ;o)

While on the subject of fast food that doesn’t go stale…. I was making myself some lunch and a seagull landed nearby. I threw it a small section of bread wrap, it picked it up and dropped it straight away. I wonder what is in the mix that a seagull won’t eat it???
