You don’t think it will level when off the stand with a rider aboard? On the other hand, if it does level out the swingarm downslope will be very flat with a strong tendency to squat under acceleration. The swing arm pivot looks a bit small too. I wonder if it is competitive in its class?

Maybe a calliper on the sprocket would help
