wheel bearing spec, SFC1000 cast wheels

hi all,
I have the wheel bearings sizes sorted, but would someone confirm if they should be C0 (standard clearance) or C3?
I have searched the forums but cannot see a definitive answer, a bearing supplier website suggests that wheel bearings do not need extra clearance of C3,
but the ones I removed are NTN C3, so I just want to check what is recomended or most appropriate,

Seems, if I have this right, C0 for front wheel and C3 for rear,
and not sure for sprocket carrier,
Is this table for spoke wheel I wonder?
I’m looking specifically for oscam wheels,
Failing any other info, I’ll replace like for like
