When Nero Burnt Down Greenham Common

Not Laverda Related. This is an audio play based on the facts surrounding George Brown's world record attempts at Greenham Common in 1967.
I had the pleasure to attend a talk by his son Tony Brown who was in attendance at that time.

I believe they ran 3 bikes, 2 x Vincent and one Royal Enfield but I'm not the expert.
Following with interest as I'm local to the Common and you can now walk on what's left of the runway ( not much).

I own the fairing mould for George Browns sprint bike, he ran the fibreglass version off of the Aluminium one that was made at Dehavillands for the Vincent.
He ran an Ariel Arrow with the same fairing as well.
