Willersey Laverda Event August 3rd 2025.
Already this years event at Willersey is starting to gather momentum now, with a large ammount of Laverda owners already
registered to attend ..... Venue Below...

Arrival times from 10.30am to 12.00 Midday, and until 4.30pm or a bit later if necessary.....
Last year we counted 230 Laverdas there at any one time, and about another 30 arriving during the day, so we estimate about 260
as a total number, with about another 100 bikes of all types on the Village Green at the front of the pub...
It was from every angle a highly successfull day and event, and clearly the largest Laverda only event ever in the UK and apart from
Breganze probably the largest globally.
This years event, will be the last of it's kind in the current format, because most of the guests who are invited are reaching an age
where it may not be possible to attend these events, especially those who travel across the world.
We already have many confirmed like Richard Slater, Phil Todd, Gareth Jones, Roger Winterburn, Ged Shorten, Phil Worth, and should hope
Alan Bell, and from across the pond Roger Slater and Peter PK Davies, health being ok, and a host of others.......
This event is to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the "Jota" which has been instrumental in the great name of Laverda.
We are going to display one of every "Jota" models ever produced both by the Factory and Slaters, and the Cropredy Liberator. We have now
achieved in locating all the bikes required....
The International Laverda Owners Club (ILOC) are again supporting the event, both financially and with support on the ground.
Again we have developed "Jota 50th Anniversary" T Shirts, and these can be sent Worldwide to everyone, and profits from the T Shirts help
to fund the event expenses.
These can be purchased from the ILOC Club Shop, and you can buy them if you are an ILOC member or not.... They are available now....!!!!
Jules, The Landlady of the New Inn, will be laying on all kinds of drinks from about 10am all day, Coffee, Tea and all the Beers etc and soft
drinks, and various food choices throughout the whole day. ( You can NOT bring your own food & Drink into the venue) as some fool did last year.!!!
The entire event is FREE...apart from food and drink, there is no admission fees. We do a collection for the extra staff which has to be employed and
a small fee for the use of the Village Hall car park and Garage car park....even a £1 each is a goodwill gesture from us, and is accepted in the spirit it is given.
This year, we hope and expect to have at least 300 Laverdas in the car park, it will be an extraordnary event in every way.
When you arrive at the venue, we have 12 Car Park Marshalls, all Laverda Owners, to guide you into the correct parking positions, same as last year which was highly successfull, and there was no damage, no complaints and no accidents, hopefully the same this year.
The event has road bikes of every model, many race bikes, ex-racers and current and custom bikes from around the world, and we have these arriving again
this year, and an array of trade stands and rows of race bikes....
There are hotels local like Premier Inn and local camping....
We ALL have a vested interest in making this event a success, and I/We now ask you for your support in coming to this event and supporting it especially
coming on your Laverda.!!!!
