With the Moto Laverda 75th Anniversary event at Willersey under 2 weeks away now, just about all the preparations are now completed. On counting numbers, we now have just over 300 registered to attend the event.
Clearly this is going to be a monumental event on British soil, not been done before, and highly unlikely to be repeated....
There is still time to register for the event, if you own a Laverda and wish to attend, you MUST be registered, so drop me a line on coxeng@gmx.com
The event is free....and is Sunday 4th August. Arrival times between 10.30am and 12.00 Midday (Do NOT arrive before 10.30am as the car park will be closed while we unload race bikes from vans & trailers etc)
Laverdas can ride directly into the car park, where they will be met by marshals with Laverda tabbards who will be directing and helping with parking.
Any Laverdas with side stands will be asked to park on the grass and given a wooden puck, as will all the non-Laverdas which will be parked on the Village Green at the front of the pub....
