Hello just wondering if any one on here has used MWS in Cheltenham and wondered what there experience was like and is the product good ?

My laverda jota needs new wiring iv tried lots of places they either don't do or omg how much . I too thought they were closed but emailed and there still going

Wolfgang Haerter in Canada sells (or did) newly-made wiring harnesses for the early type 180's - the simple ones with the two-fuse box and most of the connections being 6.3mm spades in the headlight. Basically anything pre-79 / BTZ. I believe they were priced very fairly and it's an easy thing to ship.
The later harnesses (with 4 fuses and multipin connector blocks) are a lot more complicated and were at the time I inquired too hard to make in low numbers for a profit. Fortunately my 79 Jota wiring harness came up really well just with some new terminations and a bit of love.

I've got one of Wolfgangs harnesses for my 3C. I still need to fit it.

That's the more complex type, similar to my 79 one with some slightly longer harnesses to allow for the fairing. At the time I rebuilt my 79, Wolfgang was not making them new, but worth asking.
When I realised I could not easily/quickly buy one new, I pegged mine out on a board, stripped off the tired old sheathing, de-pinned all the connectors and inspected condition. It was actually a lot better than I had assumed, wire itself was fine. I think one of the connectors I re-terminated completely, but the rest basically came up ok with targeted repairs. I live in a dry climate though, so corrosion (or modification/damage over the years) might be a lot worse in your case and if so then I guess getting it copied by a reputable auto electrical place would be the best option but it is a bit of work hence likely $$.
One thing I did with mine was to run a dedicated earth wire to both the LH switchblock and into the headlight. Basically upgrade and continue the earth that originally only goes as far as the coil plate. Very worthwhile enhancement on any bike IMHO.
