I don't know your opinion, but this behavior hurt me deeply, as I thought I was a good asset to this community. However, if that's the case, I'm fine with it. Alberto- Forum members have given positive reviews about your products & service- bearing in mind the current state of vintage motorcycles I would hope that any proven suppliers would be encouraged to trade & support the brand. I'm sure @Admin has valid reasons and perhaps a workaround would be to post a link of available parts in the 'Parts Suppliers' & 'For Sale' sections every so often.

The reason for me asking Alberto to stop posting was as I explained in my message to him. LaverdaForum does not carry trade advertisements.

Agreed. I'm not suggesting a policy change but I think it's important to recognize trustworthy suppliers hence my initial response.

There,s a grey area when only selling the occasional part/s, but most Forums draw a line and request that vendors selling ongoing parts pay some sort of premium, which I think is fair. I,ve encountered that when trying to sell my bike paintings and prints, and I respect that.

I agree that we don’t want the forum to turn into an advertising rodeo, but we have the ability to recommend suppliers already, without clogging up the forum

It won't turn into a rodeo or become clogged- there aren't enough suppliers!

I agree with Rob, but if the members would shout out ;loud and proud when they buy from him and are pleased, with pictures, then all is tddly bonk! It is frowned on to shout about poor service, long delays and crap components, which I dont agree with, the UK has laws to protect from exagerators or liars, we should know if this occurs!.
I suggest the advertising sec, sends hin some sales blurb, he can advertise in LVV or any other Laverda club mag, if he wishes.

A mio parere, questo "signore" non merita nemmeno la tua risposta. Da quando mi sono iscritto, critica tutto ciò che offro agli appassionati di questo marchio Laverda, che amo profondamente. Parla in modo offensivo di pessimo servizio, bugiardi, lunghi ritardi e ricambi di qualità inferiore senza aver mai acquistato nulla. Non so perché, ma probabilmente non gli piaccio e mi sta gettando fango addosso senza motivo, forse per il bene di qualche amico. Ricordo a questo "signore" che il karma esiste e punisce attraverso le conseguenze naturali delle nostre azioni negative. Quando commettiamo azioni che generano dolore, ingiustizia o negatività, queste energie ci ritornano indietro, influenzando negativamente la nostra vita. Buona serata.
