Zane fan

Hi all I,ve been having a problem with the fan on my  strike750 the fan sometimes fails to come on I,ve had a check of the wires and its now working I think the problem could be with a relay are one of the four relays next to the fuse box used to operate the fan cheers Chris

you give yourself the answer.
The original relais are bad quality, replace them for new ones and your problem is gone.

and put a switch on it, turn it on and off as you need, saves the fan

hmmm...I really hate to say anything bad about those poor Zane bikes but that match idea may not lower the value much

Oh that's just mean.

The relay's are a tad 'inexpensive' and the thermo switch can be a tad 'indifferent' regards operating temperatures, as Cosi says much easier to bypass the lot and mount a nice little fan switch on the dash - helps to catch the process before she cooks herself when you come into town.

I should have apologized in advance but I couldn't help myself... Those bikes really are nice looking but the reality is they're like riding a grenade...ok not all, but ...well...you know...
