Zane Formula mirrors

my Formula's mirrors are getting "blind" (roughly 2 cm area at the lower part of the mirror has turned white and is not reflecting anything anymore). I am pretty sure they were used on different bikes, too - does anyone know for sure?

I found very similar ones for a GSX-R 750/1100, but they had 30mm mounting distance. The Formula has 40mm though...
