I've just had my crank back from Germany.
Many many thanks to Piet and Roger at OCT, they did a cracking job.
I would advise anyone to have their crank done. Mine wasn't blown, but I was surprised when Piet showed me the photos of when it was split and the damage caused.
Now for the rebuild. Does anyone know of all the faults with the zane 750 engine?
I already know of the crank, the valve guides which I have had replaced, the battery, starter cable, rectifier, oil feed pipe and oil pressure mod.
Was there something to do with the balancer shaft?
Also, I am converting the 750 to Formula spec and I am short of pistons. I asked OCT, but never had a reply.
Standard Formula or forged pistons? Any advice welcome.
