That's sounds about right for a well tuned Breganzie Triple - Never owned one - By the time I could afford one I ended with an 84 Suzuki GWX 1100R Kantana. I know that Suzuki would do 140mp+ at 10,000 rpm+. I concluded that both the Breganzie Triple and that Geexer were too much for me so I kept my 7800+ rpm @ 120+ mph Breganzie 70 SFO for some 45 years and still alive after a life of riding 2 wheels - Can't say not without a pain I still feel at 73 years old ;o)
Like it or not but the Suzuki GWX 1100R selling for 1/2 the price of a Breganzie Triple (Here in Canada) put Breganzie into Bankruptcy, in my opinion.
Both are Great Machines:

The Breganzie will last forever with hands on were as the Suzuki was built of Sawdust.
Geexers were NOT friendly handling spokes.
Only had that Suzuki for a Summer (3 Months and sold her) Why! Because I preferred my SFO and that Geexer could not beat my SFO on our local race track (The Milnet HWY) and beside, I was sure I would eventually kill myself on that Geexer (Just about the same feeling every Motorcylists felt riding her as she seemed just TOO POSITIVE at SPEED - Really - Quite the Machine the 84 Suzuki GWX 1100R Kantana - Really ;o)
I've never experience a more STABLE, FASTER or ADRENALINE ride then that Geexer between Sudbury to Toronto and back on a midnight 1200 mile tour and be back to work in the morning ;o)
Gotta consider, I was born in 1948, 36 years old in 1984, Traffic Controller and doing long distant Midnight Runs on 2 wheels = So Jim - You got your Dispatch Orders and request Clearance to Fly ;o)
I did own a brand new 72 Dodge 340 Challenger Ralley (Sky Blue with Laser Stripes, Bulge Hood and Hemi Exhaust, 727 Auto with 2:72 posi rear end that would do 170 mph at 7200 rpm with my Engine Mods) The 727 tyranny was shit and #6 rod bearing always spun at 7600 rpm - I did FIX that thanks to Smoky Yunik and "shit can't remember his name - Yes "Allan Shepard" + a 70 635HP 7200 rpm 70 MK IV Z28 Camaro with a Muncie 21 and 12 Bolt Posi 3.73's.
My Favorite Car is the 1974 Volvo 140 GTL, Mechanical Pill Fuel Injection, manual 4 Spd with Hone OD - You don't need a battery to run her - Will run off the Alternator - Motor Trend Car of the Year - She beat the BMW 333i that year and I owned her - Sad story how I lost her ;o(
Other then American Cars I like the 69 Ford Lotus Cortina Vs the Datsun 510 and especially loved the 74 Toyota Crown.
