I do love the scooter culture mentality- it’ll go on the scooter because that’s what we’ve got!scooter breakdown service in DaNang. Two young woman taking their bike to the workshop.View attachment 108411View attachment 108412
Sharp eyes may spot the Laverda Club NSW 40th year sticker on my top box.
Exactly - and no enforcers standing nearby to lay down the law. The law of necessity prevails!I do love the scooter culture mentality- it’ll go on the scooter because that’s what we’ve got!

There are enforcers all over, but most don’t wear uniforms. Traffic regulations are essentially non existent and only traffic lights at major intersections are obeyed. There are no stop signs or one way streets: they would be ignored anyway! The one thing that you never see is exhaust smoke. No 2-stroke motors and no oil burners leaving a trail. Occasionally I see a municipal vehicle leaving a bit of diesel smoke, but that’s it. All new bikes shut off at stop lights automatically and many riders do so manually as well. It helps that every stop light has a large digital countdown timer so you know when to restart.Exactly - and no enforcers standing nearby to lay down the law. The law of necessity prevails!
I think that applies to most countries these days. There are enforcers all over, but most don’t wear uniforms.

They’re only scrap old tractors till you try to buy one- then they are collectors items!Driving around the small country lanes of Devon, as Mastroianni commented above, there is no end of scrap tractors etc piled up around the various farms we have passed.... I know most farmers tend to hate to throw anything away but there surely comes a point when they ought to?
But what would become of THE BARN FIND, Andy?!Driving around the small country lanes of Devon, as Mastroianni commented above, there is no end of scrap tractors etc piled up around the various farms we have passed.... They become rarer and then an even better find! But what would become of THE BARN FIND, Andy?!![]()
