Wolfgang does not have any left, they are becoming another rare partI've seen used ones for sale on ebay for more than new price. Like this one for instance:

Laverda Instrument Mounting Bracket | eBay Australia
As aluminium is rocketing in price it will not stay at this price for very long. It is supplied with stainless studs and nuts as shown. The item is supplied in satin finish so that you can paint it or get it polished.www.ebay.com.au
Perhaps the new ones are re-manufactured and may not be suitable for originality enthusiasts, but they're about $300 (Aus) + postage from Andy Wagner or Greg Parrish. Wolfgang may also have them.
Oh yeah. Silly me. I forgot about the feud. It reminds me of the Hatfield vs McCoy saga. I choose to remain neutral.wouldnt buy my last dam breath off parish
Nah, I'd get all topsy turvy.Get in there Paul, go on![]()
You're absolutely right. I had no idea. I haven't had anything to do with Greg Parrish for at least 6 years, and then it was only a chance meeting at Broadford, at which time he seemed quite personable and inoffensive, so I have no beef with the bloke myself.Honestly Cam
I dont think you have the faintest idea.
I try very hard not to offend people, but I'm aware that I sometimes fail at that. My "feud" comment was meant as a joke, but obviously my sense of humour is not appreciated by some. I can only apologise for that. You know cam- you are a big reason why people drift away from here- matter of fact your name off here is Dr Wikipedia- think about it
Just one piece of advice, stay and keep on doing your thing.I try very hard not to offend people, but I'm aware that I sometimes fail at that. My "feud" comment was meant as a joke, but obviously my sense of humour is not appreciated by some. I can only apologise for that.
As for the Dr. Wikipedia comment. I try to give sound technical advice when I think I may have something to contribute, but like anybody, I'm only human and I make mistakes. But I'm happy to be corrected by anybody.
I come to this forum because it's the only form of social media that I engage in. I don't do facebook, twitter or any of the other forms of on-line interaction. In the interests of full disclosure, I live on my own and I suffer from episodes of clinical depression. At such times I find this place to be a therapeutic escape. That may explain why some of my posts are possibly a little odd or long-winded at times.
However. If it's true that me spilling my thoughts on here has driven people away from this forum, then that's very distressing and hurtful to me. I'm aware that there have been some bumps in the road. I've made some dumb comments from time to time for which I've had to make amends, but I thought that on the balance of probabilities, I was making a positive contribution. I had no clue that I was causing harm. That's the last thing I want to do in any of the interactions I have with other people, whether online or in real life. I don't know how to moderate what I write here to avoid driving people away because I don't know what I'm doing that offends people (I also have Asperger's syndrome so I'm not good at reading social cues).
If my being here is causing harm, then at present, I can't think of any other way of fixing it than to resign from this forum myself.
Don't piss off Cam, your're right mate. I consider you a top contributor.However. If it's true that me spilling my thoughts on here has driven people away from this forum, then that's very distressing and hurtful to me.

Well said Pat - I'll happily second that.I think your contribution here is great Cam, keep up the good work mate, your posts are valuable to people like me and I like your sense of humour too.
