While the bike looks to be entirely un-molested, it puzzles me as to why Nippon Denso clocks are fitted in place of the correct Smiths instruments! One of the final GTs and the "Smiths" box was empty? Which is unlikely, as the SFC1000 eventually got the leftovers..
Basically, it's worth whatever somebody is willing to spend. They don't command premium prices even when restored and running. Even it it isn't completely restored, putting it back on the road is going to be a pretty lengthy/expensive exercise. Long-term lay-ups are not kind to these bikes.
