3 Cross motorcycles Jota special

The only thing I can see needs attending to immediately is it has no mirrors on the fairing, though it looks perfectly useable.

Any advice or history info greatly appreciated.

I think the bike looks quite smart, but I doubt anyone would want to pay more than £5k for an RGA, so is one with a fairing and a fancy paint job really worth another £3-£5k?
I suppose it’s down to individual choice.
Incidentally, 3X tried to flog me their ‘tuned’ Black RGA Jota demonstrator in 1985 but were expecting far too much for it. Anybody know what happened to it?

No, but I did find a guy that could do a replica off my existing fairing without any damage to it.Costly though,nice thing is he said he could colour the fibregals first,saves on scratches showing too much.I think Andys" valuation is a tad low.

Yes they are do all Triumph stuff, I managed to get an old fairing screen trim and chrome bezels for the twin lights 11 years ago!,BUT they said they couldn t do new Laverda fairings.Believe moulds were sold to Motalia and now gone.

That’s right, Trev Smith sold the Guzzi Daytona “ Raceco” moulds as well , I bought theGeorge Brown “Super Nero “dustbin mould off him

Perhaps Lemon but I think more money than sense is floating around in parts of the consumer market at the moment. I paid less than £5k for each of the last RGSs I bought, and I think they are a better bike than the RGA. However, that’s just my honest opinion but buyers will pay what they think the product is worth (or what they are made to believe it is worth).

I get what you mean, RGS s are cheap,look what Rob sold his for,and Trotsky, for what they are it"s a real shame for such a good bike, an RGA with a Sprint fairing are more desirable to some rather than the CX500 RGA look with standard engines too, shame they didn"t all do them with my Corsa/Jota spec,but if it was my reg plate is worth more though.;)
