There's a Konig being built up from scratch in France at the moment.
I saw one of those engines as a outboard motor at the house of a man collecting outboard motors, amazing stuff, and cycle cars.
No pics unfortunately, the owner didn't want us taking photos.

2016. What sort of race - not a lot of competition there - passed about 25 of the 28 other bikes in the race within about 1km!! Is it a 2-stroke? Couldn't quite tell.

It's Chimay in Belgium.
Not top level racing or bikes.
Look up the Konig.

Kim Newcombe winning the`73 Yugo GP in MV`s absence ........... excuse to show this ....... mixing it with a couple of Patons towards the end .....
Thanks for the vid - great to see. Also love those Patons, seems they were the only which could cope with the König a little bit. @9:35 he was late on the brakes and one Paton came back ...
:D

Not sure what class ..... I guess it was a race , for 500`s I suppose , although they gave the Konig a handicap by making it start from the paddock .... ! ...... I think the marshall was holding back another bike to the left as well , though you can`t see it ........ When he pulls in at the end the rider says " Generator ...... Generator gone ... " , ....... or at least I think that`s what he says .......

Despite the caption this is neither Mick Boddice or a Konig ( outfit or not ) ....... It`s actually Dave Potter on a Crescent powered Seeley in 1974 ...... Aquatic roots like a Konig , but a triple ....... Potter actually beat Agostini`s MV Agusta on this bike at Brands Hatch .....

Dave Potter was a popular rider , best known aboard Ted Broad`s 750 Yamaha ....... tragically killed at Oulton in Aug `81 after sliding into some un protected Armco ....... ACU Road Race Commitee head Vernon Cooper received death threats in the wake of Potters death , as a result of allegations concerning circuit safety ....... Ted Broad withdrew from sponsership immediately afterwards ......
