So good to see both out there, hope both do Sydney, especially Cosi. That Zane is trick. Loved to tippy toes in that vid

Ian and Monty #07

The weather was at it's best for the Thursday afternoon set up.
For the rest of the weekend the weather varied between miserable and crap. 🌧️

and then Monty developed a gremlin.

Someone got some detailed results?
Heya Pat.. go to mylaps website for all results..
Man what a weekend with rain, mud and all.. Cosi had a little lie down late in the weekend after a heavy, but good program on the Triumph and first hit out on the Formula, Monty failed with a cam bush siezure, but Matt kept the mighty Redax bikes on pole, so all good.. ;) Ya Gotta Love Ya Racing..

That horrible news re Cosi, no injuries hopefully and fingers crossed there are no unobtainium bits broken that cannot be fixed. That's on the bike just to clarify.

Top class effort Matt and Team Redax. Can't get better than that and shame about the weather and Cosimo's grounding experience.

Not sure about others but trying to watch one of the vids yesterday sent my Forum into a tailspin - had to close and couldn't reload. All good now.

Im all good, got out hospital last night, fractured t6 vertebrae, so nothing too major, sore and bruised, bike is ok from all reports, thanks to everyone for packing up my shit and getting it home, she will be back on track, aiming for Darwin but will depend on time and medical clearance, will be Sydney round most likely, looks like we will be making all of the changes we found it needed over the weekend a bit earlier than anticipated, looking forward to getting back on it, was like catching up with an old friend…

Good to hear your up and about, so what did you find? Always interesting to hear about hiccups in old race bikes. That bike should have some pretty upmarket bits on it already. Tuned with a laptop?

Glad you are OK. Always good when you still bounce.
Ian like your orange tool box.
Brilliant work by Red , Matt and all the team.
Well done to all,
Andy

Glad your OK mate !!

Hell, Cosi. I thought you had just had a simple slide off in the wet. Broken vertebra is to be avoided, glad it isn´t more serious. Not the plan is it. Bike and engines can blow as they like, not bodies. A bit of a mixed bag for the Lav mob then, all good for Red, Ian with his cam block. Onwards and upwards.

Good to here you’re on the mend Cosi and I‘m sure the bike will soon be good as new too as it doesn’t look that bad in the photo.
And Ian, hope the Monty recovers quickly from its surgery.
