Smoked chicken in Butter Chicken. Yet to do rice.

Time consuming, but should be worth it.

Andy asked for some wheelbarrow photos ...... so here they are. Nothing special, just an end of the day treat after dropping a few dead trees and then turning them into firewood. I find my wheelbarrow to be as good as any firepit and it can be adjusted as per the wind direction.

The sausage are just simple bavarian style smokies and along with a nice IPA it was a great end to a busy day.

Oh ..... and the cats got their treats as well. They kept an eye on me as I was felling the trees so they deserved their reward and now they may even get to sleep on the master bed as the missus is away for a few days.

The new gas bbq of the out door kitchen arrived yesterday. Just got back from horse riding with the kids and assembled. Let’s see how long it lasts. Really good cast iron grill plates and bars in it. Heated up quick. Burgers tonight. Looks the part. Not rustic like at the beach. But should work a treat

Looked at something similar recently, but I fear the stainless steel, which I think is made from razor blade roll stock seconds, wouldn’t last long.

Yeah I have to say I will be interested to see how long that lasts. This replaces a Weber where the stand for the actual bbq part just didn’t last. So if it lasts as long as that stand I will be happy. And I will be able to have 2 of these for the price of the Weber .
