The news today here in Canada mentioned that motorcyclists in France must wear masks. I wonder how you enforce that ...... or maybe full face helmets are banned there?

Well, it was a ban for all two wheelers. Authorities have gone back on that for bicycles. Hopefully, they'll do the same for scooters and motorcycles.
