My F08s with Ferodo sintered pads squeal a bit, but not enough to bother me. But I know this is a very subjective thing.
Usually, when brakes squeal it's because the pad is chattering a bit in use. LOts of things add together to cause this, fortunately most are easy to fix, but probably you'll have to do several things.
First, be sure the system is bled properly, with new fluid. Any little bubbles will compress and let the pads move in and out a tiny bit while in use, leading to squeals. Next, be sure that the caliper is working properly, no sticking/ accumulated goo. Easy and cheap way is to just pull the things apart, clean them well, and rebuild them with new seals and lots of brake grease. While you're rebuilding them, be sure to clean the outer surfaces of the pistons, the pad mating surfaces in the calipers (especially where the ends of the pads sit in the square sides of the recess), and the locating pins for the pads. In fact new pistons and pins are a good idea but it starts getting expensive when you just replace everything at one go, so just clean and free of corrosion may have to do.
Check that the pads are a neat fit but can still move fairly easily while the calipers are dismantled, then assemble carefully, fill with new fluid (I like vegetable Castrol LMA, others like DOT 4), bleed as thoroughly as you can, and try again. If it still chatters, check that all the rotor mount bolts and carrier bolts are tight and torqued to appropriate settings.
About the only other thing left at this point is having the rotors skimmed flat and parallel. You can usually do this a couple of times before they're too thin, if you just want a flat surface with the right surface roughness.
