Bridgestone Battlax front tyre

Never did cover the mileage to melt them Pirelli Rayon Radial Super Comps as they rotted away after I got married - LOL

One thing about a Breganzie from 1969 to 1984 they were designed Cafe and one could do whatever you wanted to do with them - That's what made them Special and they are FAST enough to WIN Races!

A beautiful motorcycle that can kill you or fall over on the side stand while you look at her. The Breganzie dominated all motorcycles through the 70's for over 10 years. Can't say any other Motorcycle can claim that. Of course she's a Legend - Twin or Triple - If own one, you have to sell your soul and make a pack that you do not die riding her considering you have to know every nut and bolt that makes her Tic ;o)

One of most important things I learned about Breganzies is that if you expect performance approaching 8000rpm, you have to use lighter valves and change the valve springs every 2 to 3 years.

Why did Pirelli quit making the Radial 18" 100 and 120 Rayon Belted Super Comps's: WHY- WHY- WHY ;o(

I had to replace them Pirelli's with BT Bias 45's 110/130's and my Breganzie went CLUMSY - But I had no alternative - Perhaps I should have went Avon or Dunlop or even Continental ?
No wonder, if you put a 110 in the front... and a 130 rear on the stock rim is seriously over-tyred.

To my knowlege, Pirelli never made a 18" radial back then, cutting edge technology was reserved for the up-coming 17 inchers.
