What exactly is your point?I'm beginning to wonder if some owners of motorcycles, not motorcyclists mind you, never take their machine out in the rain or on wet roads?
Paul
They're very cute in their leathers but nothing much to do with motorcycling .What exactly is your point?
I commute to work in driving rain, on my older GS,,,,,,,but not on my RC30, not sure I need to explain why somebody would decide that strategy????They're very cute in their leathers but nothing much to do with motorcycling .
Luckily I know that there's still motorcyclists out there but you often have to go out of your way to find them.

Just old men and clean bikes with young men and chequered shirts.I commute to work in driving rain, on my older GS,,,,,,,but not on my RC30, not sure I need to explain why somebody would decide that strategy????
I think you’ve somehow become offended about a collection of bikes parked ,,,,,I hope your weekend gets better!!!
You find men in leathers cute….your not here for the bikes are you? They're very cute in their leathers but nothing much to do with motorcycling .

The enjoyment and passion of motorcycles, with particular passion in special classics,,,,kinda how what we are doing every day on this forum. I think you should go off somewhere hopefully with a happier view of the dreaded “(clean motorcycles on a sunny day) apparent negative views you’ve set your mantle on. I think it’s too weird to leave alone to be honest.Just old men and clean bikes with young men and chequered shirts.
I avoid them.
To each his own.
I'm very lucky not having had to work in the last 12 years, so I don't need to ride daily.
Weekend should be good, I'll be out riding in Flanders Sunday.

Do we really need to get into a global warming double rant this close to a weekend??Given the chance I would happily ride my Jota in the rain but the south of England seems to have turned into Death Valley. Honestly, the state of my lawn !
I love bikes! I enjoy showing members here that an extreme backwater rainforest town has many enthusiasts, and very much enjoy showing that once our -2c - 3c winter goes away, the two wheeled machine is out there!!I enjoyed looking at the pics of those bikes Steve. Nevermind the detractor.
