Looks good, Miguel. I hope you're going to trim the studs down. A hacksaw and a file and a dab of paint to prevent rust on the ends.

Already done! :D

Actually bike is ready for first start up! hope I can do it tomorrow, just needs oil and fuel! Any good advices for the first start? If I put a fan in front, and accelerate time to time to 3000rpm.. shouldn't be any problem with oil feeding the cams... isn't it? (thinking in the carburation phase)

Great Miguel! I can't hardly wait to see the video of the first start!
Ciao, Gert

I use an oil can to squirt a good covering of oil over the cams through the inlet tappet covers if it has been sitting for a long time without oil circulating. You don't need 3000rpm to get good oil flow, a fast idle should do it. As I never just let bikes sit on choke it usually needs holding some revs on the throttle before it will idle anyway, and by then it is time to turn it off if it is first startup. Usually need to play with idle mixture and throttle stop screws after first startup too.
