I think I saw Mal making and selling shortened Jota mufflers, half the length of the std ones. Marty's ex, Doug Home Bike, runs them on that 6-plug bike. I always wondered what effect they had on power.

No, that's what I would call a Megaphone-style muffler. I ran them on my Bonnie and liked them. What Marty runs is 100% Jota muffler, just only 300 mm approx long. I was surprised to see them on a Facebook post from Mal recently. Always wondered where Doug got them from all those years back.
