Now I am looking to find the left one also: PHB36 AS. I know this will be a bit of a long shoot. Please search your sheds ...

I don't think so Piet. Both are available with accelerator pumps. I think all PHF carbs come with a pump, but it's an option on the PHM. Specifically, its the PHM-B and PHM-N that have the pump.  Perhaps you're thinking of the PHB, which doesn't have any provision for a pump.

As far as I can tell, the only difference between PHF and PHM is the mounting system.

PHF has the solid mount with the clamping ring on the engine side, and a threaded spigot on the air side that you can screw a bell-mouth onto.

PHM has a plain spigot on the engine side that attaches to the cylinder head via a rubber hose type connector. It has a larger spigot on the air side for connection to an air cleaner rubber tube via a worm-drive hose clamp.

No mention of PHM... which are the 38-42mm version of the PHx series.

Are they used on Pan. O forget it. I always had trouble reading that manual. I think some of the translations were a bit wobbly and ambiguous. Took some head scratching to decypher and even then hard to follow.
