DMC 2 - Fitting ECU

My 1980 Jota came with a new DMC/2 ECU, which hadn't been fitted. I'm rebuilding the bike and fitting the new ignition, but I'm not sure if I should keep or dump the resistors between the ignition and the coils. Of course, the (what passes for a) manual is completely unhelpful in this regard.

Hi tim.cat,yes as Lothar says you no longer need the resistors,is it a series 1 you are building?.....i did translate an english copy of the manual if you get stuck?......im not sure if it is in the library.
