There it is, does work, not a lot i know, it does demonstrate, the first RGS dash i tried, did not work, j 0 rest of world 100, a smile here. j

Now that the secret is out they will all stop working.

So, got it all connected and it works fine The needle is a bit bouncy but nothing I can’t live with. If I have the clocks out at any point I’ll check the counter weights.

Thanks for the connectors from down under Cam, spot on. Further to my electrical ineptitude, I see they are in fact readily available.
I used 1mm2 thin wall cable which fitted the connector fine and I was able to run it up the existing sleeve. Got it crimped up ok without buying a specific crimper albeit the idea of an additional tool in the box was tempting.
