Jota 180 wanted

Gentlemen, please form a queue to help this, some would say, deluded individual.
However, there may be an owner out there that wants to unload their bike before the arse completely drops out of the market.
Ha, ha Paul, I beat you to it.. ;)

Well done
I do however gave a couple of tins of orange paint.
I wouldn't want the bottom falling out of those.

May I ask how I’m deluded?

Ignore the comments :D they are just jealous - try and buy one from someone in ILOC get as much history as you can , they can be a money pit , find one that someone has had for sometime late Gen 1 and Gen 2 come in O&S - great bike i love mine- there are less expensive Laverdas that give as much pleasure of course ! there are many fake Jotas about , if you find one pop a pic up here and it can be cross examined - comments made are serious critique don't get offended - join ILOC theres a lot of help there and on here

Agree with Adam, these are a beautiful bike but don't rush to buy before posting the bike you're interested in on here and the ILOC forum. The Laverda world is a small one , most people know of or know each other and their bikes.Expect your proposed purchase to get a critical review , many know the models inside out ...look at prices over a month or two to get an idea, good luck 😉

All that glitters is not gold, be careful. Some of the orange and silver bikes are European versions and don't have the 4C cams and HC pistons.

Loads of non-original bits on that one... and that's only what can be seen in the crappy pics.

Far better ones can be found for that price.

Why does it have to be a Jota?

Originality is the main thing if you want to get your money back. Painting the duff chrome matt black is a bit cheapskate as well.

No you can't, you can see the Jota when you inspect the engine internals. As Piet said though why a Jota, the other models are great too.
