Laverda 3c

Sounds like the purchase price was okay despite the non-starting issues. However, the story to my
mind concerns someone paying 126.5 thousand Pounds for the 1973 MV 750 GT !! Is this behaviour
common to the British auctions and the usurious auction houses ? Maybe the film critic past owner
swayed the bidder's sanity. Crazy stupid money....

"it only takes two people to want it"
no! it only needs ONE
if you are a clever auctioneer, happens all the time, ask me how I know, its one of my dormant skills, window frames are quite good bidders, the buyers have to be clever also so as to avoid it.

My friend bought to 2 white helmet bonnervilles at bonhams. 3 weeks later he was offered the third as it didnt sell, we are convinced he took a bid off the back wall

the thing to bear in mind is that the seller wants the highest bid and the higher the price the better the sellers and buyers premium as its percentage based, has n one ever been in an auction house, or seen it on TV, "£3,500, £3,500, £,3,500 is there £3,600 anywhere, £3,500 it is then, £,3,500 where are you, £3,500 where are you, £3,400, you are back in sir, all done at £3,400 bang! sold
