no please, dont do it. To think my hair was like his until 2 weeks ago, what was I thinking? I can grow it again if I wish, but I aint making no garden rake 12 pipe exhaust.

I remember that guy from previous meetings too, and the tricolore smoke in 2019! :)

Going back to the bike in discussion, in case people don't know, the HB1 was Bimota's very first model, almost exclusively sold in kit form, just add a CB750. Very nice, especially considering the year:

The Laverda-engined creation in this thread looks like a really nicely built homage to it - nice work! I'm not a fan of the covered-in side panels, but other than that it looks sweet and looks to have been built with a lot of skill. Drum brakes wouldn't be my choice either, but they can be made to work well enough if treated with caution, and at a guess the builder wanted that look so more power to him. Good for working on your corner speed!
