Laverda painting in progress

and RGS cam cover? maskes you wonder if its a 120 inside, tacho drive different, timing side crank end etc, but can be done in the format we see, or is it just an optical conclusion? (probably)

You must have special glasses Clem, to see the timing end (right side) of the crank from a painting of the left side of the bike. :)
The cam cover looks like a 180° engine to me. Nothing like the RGS cam cover. I suspect the tacho drive has been left out because it's not clearly visible in the original photo.

LAVERDA54 - Well done identifying the photo that the painting is copied from. (y)

I agree about the cam cover , err Cam, but I was pointing out that 120's have the timing side on the left and this doesnt show that, but it is still possible to have a 120 with the timing on the RHS, and the cam cover (to me) at first looked like a 120 type, confused? , yep, thats me, confused.com

Why would you want a disc on the back of a 3C?
Some people pay fortunes to have a drum on the front.

Paul
Why not? My drum wore out when the bearing hole stretched - fixed it but was glad to move it on - setting up rear sets is easy with a disc - and heaps tidier. They also work very well. You just need to want it and have the skills to do it - not rocket science.

Maybe the factory should have cast the FLAM wheels with a drum rear, Paul :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Not sure any sane person s=would remove a disc front end and fit a drum!!!
