Looks like I'm back by Salvation

I once rode from home (near London) to Belgium with a 250 Suzuki Gamma motor tied to it, to get it delivered to a buyer and have a bit of fun at the same time, after 30 miles I just had to stop and move the plywood temporary base to the pillion position and try agin, was still abit hairy.
CLEM
C'mon Clem, your place to Belgium is all of 30 miles.
When I was moving out of my parent's place, I rode from central London to Lille with a coffee table on the rack of my Honda thingie.

Just clear something up. Rons wheelie claim to fame was at 60mph, downhill in second gear. Third would be even more legendary.

 Re: Terms and Conditions. WTF ..... people read that guff? I just tick the box and get to the good stuff.

2 elections, my local member was Gladis and that means byelection this Saturday and Federal is still sadly agest off.

So I don't make similar mistakes and get banned, could someone please tell me what Ron did wrong? I understand this is a Laverda specific forum and a number of his posts have nothing to do with Laverda's but so do may others. Anyway, glad he is back.

I'm thinking he didn't adhere to something within this.

You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate descriptions of wheelie popping experiences down hill in second gear at 60mph, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any English or International law. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes and solicitations are also forbidden on this forum.

 BTW Jim, you are living on the edge:
Sent an email to Wolfgang to hear how they are doing, no reply yet. Has anybody had contact with him in the past 2 days?

Gerald
Wolfgang is a long way from the flooding. All good in Nakusp.

Nobody is worried too much about off-topic, it's like a conversation in a pub. And just like in a Pub, go nuts and you get a tap on the shoulder from The Publican, I guess holidays happen from how you react to the tap. And fair enough, the Publican owned the joint and must run a reasonable facility.

Thank you Fellow Members of Laverda Forums for your support.

I'll do my best NOT to frustrate our Moderators over Toxic Content in future ;o)

HOWEVER: I propose that this Forum should include a FREE Topic named something like “DISCORD” or “THE ATTIC” were members can freely express personal incidents and matters about our Breganzie experiences without being judged by Administrators.

Granted Maintaining, Repairing and Riding Breganzies is what this forum is all about but after having saddled a Breganzie for over 45 years doesn't include the whole story where a Breganzie takes you.

Other then for Curiosity to learn and understand my friends, a good argument is respectful. I have never attacked an individual for their views. I may put them aside for awhile but their position never leaves my conscience - After all that's what makes us who we are.

Ron.
Ron, great to have you back!

post 22
it was actually 235 miles Paul (Leuven)
that is each way, went straight there and back home the same day, didnt even visit HRH, including two ferry crossings.
was very glad to get unloaded, having a dead load on the pillion is very different to having something organic and alive.

Benny Hill`s character Fred Scuttle as a security man in a museum being interviewed ;
" So Mr. Scuttle , what happens if someone starts mis-behaving , do they get picked up by the Fuzz ?"
Fred , looking slightly perplexed , " No Sir , me and the lads usually just give them a tap on the shoulder , Sir.....

Hi all

Vince is closest to the mark. Both Ron and Yogi were reinstated, after considerable discussion amongst the admins and others off forum. Going forward, their respective choice as to participate or not.

Spoke to yogi yesterday, he is doing it pretty tough, not able to ride at the moment. Having lived through what he is going through with my eldest son, he needs all our support.
