The rear m/c off my SFC has been modified not very professionally.
As you can see in the photo it has had the small tab at the outlet ground off.
My bike is a 1 owner so all I can think of it was done at the factory?
Marnix, have you seen the same mod on any of the SFCs you come across?

Forgot to photo!!

Gotta love the file mark further up the cylinder body, almost like a tag by Luigi, like when finished, gave it a whack with the bastard file… as if to say “Nekst”

It's just proof that the SFC wasn't some pretty-boy cafe racer for les poseurs or collectors - it was built for owners to hammer the living daylights out of it.
or maybe a proof they did not find a good rooting for the brake line or simply had some laying around with the wrong angle... ;) 😂

But your explanation sounds more loyal to the brand, so I go with that one, too. 🥳

Quick Paul, paint the SFC frame green, and auction it as a Paul Marx ‘Smart’ green frame SFC. Add knobbies and fairy lights and you’re in the $$$$$
I've managed to swap my SFC for a GSXR.
Sold that and am in the process a buying a Vincent Black Shadow with the proceeds.
